Chia Pudding

2 tbsp Blue Oatmilk powder

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 cup water

Directions:

Mix ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Top with fruit or nuts if desired

1 cup warm chamomile tea

Directions:

Mix warm tea with powder and enjoy

Blue-nana

1 fresh banana

2/3 cup ice

1/3 cup water

Directions:

Blend and enjoy

Healthy Ice Cream

1/2 cup Blue Oatmilk powder

1/2 cup water

1 cup coconut milk

1 1/2 cups mashed banana

2/3 cup cashews

Directions:

Blend ingredients until smooth. Place in covered container and freeze at least 4 hours

Butterfly Loaf

1/2 cup Blue Oatmilk powder

1 cup water

1/2 cup coconut milk

2/3 cup date sugar

1 1/2 cups flour

2 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp butterfly pea flower

Directions:

Stir ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased loaf pan. Bake for 50 mins at 350°F

Blueberry Scones

1/4 cup Blue Oatmilk powder

1/2 cup water

1/4 cup date sugar

1/4 cup avocado oil

2 cups flour

1 tbsp baking powder

1/2 cup blueberries

Directions:

Stir ingredients in a bowl to form dough. Divide in half and make 2 discs about 1/2" thick. Cut each disk into 8 triangles (like a pizza). Place on baking sheet and bake for 15 mins at 400°F
